Building the Systems Behind Great Companies.

Agostino Ruggiero: Entrepreneur, Systems Builder & Founder

For more than nine years, I have dedicated my career to solving complex operational challenges through technology, leadership, and execution. I believe every successful organization is built on one foundation: exceptional systems, and that belief has guided every company I have founded, every project I have led, and every solution I continue to build.

I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2020 by founding Titanium Staffing, a company created to provide highly skilled professionals for industrial, electrical, and automation projects throughout the United States. Building it gave me firsthand experience in recruiting, workforce management, business development, client relationships, and the operational realities of companies executing large-scale industrial projects.

As I spent more time inside these organizations, I noticed a common problem: the companies that struggled rarely lacked talented people — they lacked systems. Processes were disconnected, operations depended on spreadsheets, communication was fragmented, technology was outdated, and execution depended on individuals instead of scalable processes.

That realization inspired me to create something much bigger. In 2023, I founded Trillion Quest — not simply a software company, but a philosophy: a continuous pursuit of designing better organizations through better systems. We help companies solve complex operational problems by combining technology, artificial intelligence, business development, automation, organizational design, digital transformation, and disciplined execution.

Our objective has never been to build software for the sake of software. Our objective is to build systems that create exceptional companies.

In 2023, one of Trillion Quest's clients introduced me to Ahavah Automation during a critical stage in the company's growth.

The company was managing multiple complex industrial projects while facing significant operational and workforce challenges. I committed my own time, capital, personnel, and resources to help strengthen execution and support the organization.

Leveraging the workforce and relationships developed through Titanium Staffing, I helped organize project execution, mobilize skilled field teams, strengthen operational processes, improve the company's corporate identity, modernize its digital presence, and support business development initiatives.

Working alongside Andreea Pineda, President, Master Electrician, and Electrical Engineer, and the rest of the leadership team, we shared a commitment to technical excellence, operational discipline, and long-term growth. Together, we successfully executed major industrial projects, expanded the company's capabilities, strengthened its engineering resources, and helped position Ahavah Automation for significant growth, surpassing $6 million in annual revenue.

Today, I serve as Vice President and Shareholder of Ahavah Automation, where I continue leading operational strategy, business development, and the implementation of scalable systems that support the company's continued growth.

Years of leading industrial projects revealed the same challenge over and over again.

Project managers worked in one system, finance worked in another, payroll existed somewhere else, documents were scattered, and critical information was difficult to access. Companies were spending too much time managing software instead of managing their business.

That problem led to the creation of Zimna, an AI-first enterprise platform designed to become the operational brain of project-driven organizations. It brings together project management, workforce management, finance, payroll, procurement, field operations, documentation, reporting, and artificial intelligence into a single intelligent ecosystem.

Rather than replacing people, Zimna is designed to eliminate operational friction so organizations can focus on what matters most: execution.

Operating Philosophy

“I don't measure success by the number of companies I own. I measure success by the problems those companies solve.”

Technology should solve real problems. Business should be built on systems, not chaos. Leadership should empower people. Innovation should create lasting value.

My long-term vision extends beyond building successful businesses.

I want to help shape the future of enterprise software, industrial automation, artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous systems, and operational technology.

Autonomous systems are where that vision is taking its most concrete shape. FounderTek, a concept-stage company incubated by Trillion Quest, is developing autonomous defensive technology — beginning with Vigil, a coordinated drone swarm designed to provide persistent aerial overwatch of private estates and rural land. It is deliberately early: the engineering targets are published as a vision, and verified figures follow as the program matures.

Every company I build is another step toward that vision, and Trillion Quest remains at the center of everything I create.

Because in the end, building great companies is not the destination — it is the quest.
